- The watch/band must be in direct contact with your skin. There should be no materials such as clothing between the sensor and the skin.
- Adjust the strap so that the device fits well on the wrist and does not move during measurements.
- The optical sensor displays parameters based on the blood flow through blood vessels. We recommend wearing the device slightly higher than a classic watch due to the greater number of blood vessels.
- The highest measurement accuracy is obtained during exercises characterized by steady hand movements, as the blood flow through the wrist vessels is not disrupted. Intense and irregular hand movements (e.g., gym training, volleyball, handball) disrupt blood flow through the wrist and may negatively affect measurement accuracy.
- During swimming, the measurement results with the optical sensor may be inaccurate.
- Measurement results in people suffering from cardiovascular diseases may be incorrect. Please remember that this is not a medical device!
- Darker skin tone and tattoos may prevent reliable measurement with the optical sensor.
